This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds are handled for orders placed with Fraxylonhlix.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you qualify as a consumer under EU law, you may have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract starting the day after you receive the goods, unless an exception applies. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, in line with applicable statutory wording.

Defective or damaged goods

If Multicorvis goods arrive damaged or deviate materially from what you ordered, contact us promptly with photographic evidence where helpful. We assess claims under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act or equivalent mandatory provisions applicable to you.

Refund process

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where technically possible. Processing may take up to fourteen days from receipt of returned goods or confirmation of entitlement, depending on payment partners.

Return shipping

Unless otherwise required by law, you may be responsible for direct return costs when exercising withdrawal. We communicate return addresses only through verified order channels to reduce fraud.

Non-refundable digital-only inquiries

If you purchase purely digital add-ons with immediate performance and explicit prior consent, statutory withdrawal may be limited; such offers, if introduced, will disclose the limitation before checkout.
